CarePath™ Services for Patients

DIANON is committed to supporting you, the patient, and members of your health care team as you make important decisions about managing your health. CarePath provides unique tools to assist you in learning about your health, so you can take a more active role in understanding and planning your medical care.

Patient Counseling Reports provide you with important health information when it is most needed – at the time of diagnosis. The Patient Counseling Report is delivered to your physician along with your test results from DIANON. Your physician can use the report to help explain to you your diagnosis and treatment options. The report is yours to keep and review whenever you wish, and it also includes self-management tips and other information important to people who have recently been diagnosed with a health problem.
