DIANON's Client Services Center is composed of full-time professionals, who are knowledgeable about laboratory operations and functions. They are prepared to answer your questions concerning specimen requirements, logistics, test methodology, and client accounts, in addition to placing supply orders.

Building relationships is important to DIANON's Client Services representatives. Each representative is responsible for clients from a specific region of the country, which gives them the opportunity to get to get to know their clients and understand their unique needs.
